How long does shipping take for power equipment?

Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Large equipment sent via LTL freight typically arrives within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for parts and machinery?

Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that power equipment that has had gas or oil added cannot be returned due to federal shipping regulations.

Do you offer assembly for large equipment purchased online?

Equipment shipped via common carrier typically requires some assembly. If you choose 'In-Store Pickup' at one of our locations, we provide full assembly and a pre-delivery inspection.

Are the products covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all new equipment carries the full manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer for brands like Echo, Stihl, and Exmark, we can also assist with warranty repairs at our service centers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.
